2024 was an exciting and inspiring year for us at VICTO National. Our dedication and hard work have enabled us to serve our member affiliates in providing relevant training and education, consultancy and financial audit services that they need in a most innovative way. This makes VICTO National one of the most in demand cooperative federations in the country. Our unbeatable servicing strategies make us unique and inimitable. Simply, because we focused on diligently integrating the newest business trend approaches, real world learnings, recommending more efficient suitable technology and citing some cooperative best practices. They have respectively strengthened our foothold in the cooperative sector and boosted our servicing capabilities in a cooperative market. This ability to diversify our offering and seize market opportunities has fueled our work desire, attesting to the growing demand for our services.

We, thanks to our steadfast member-affiliates for their unconditional support also to our committed officers for their passion and rigor in helping the management team in delivering strong operational execution, met income target, including solid economic growth and improved profitability. We recognize our people, our superpower management team and we continue to support them to do and deliver the best work. In 2024, we introduced a significant level of transformation activities including the roll-out of a new training program called AXIS that is in compliance with CISA Law, and several initiatives to enhance our employee experience and be an even more agile cooperative advocate. VICTO National is dedicated to creating lasting legacies for primary cooperatives across the country. We are privileged to work with like-minded federation partners who share our objective of “Cooperatives: Building Prosperity for All” a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable cooperatives. Our dedication and hard work have enabled us to build one of the most innovative training service provider federations in the country. VICTO National is well positioned to offer best-in-class services to our member affiliates and partner-federations while reaping the benefits of stimulus programs organized across the country. As we enter the last 5th year of our ten-year strategic plan, we will continue to focus on achieving our goals and leading our business operation with discipline. We will seek to unlock further opportunities, face challenges head-on, and we are already planning and preparing our next strategic cycle.
